Julie Humphries continued her assault on the FV45 records, this time taking 52 seconds off the 10k record with a time of 39:49 at the Stubbington 10k, which is an age grading of 84.1%. Not only was this a new FV45 record, but it was also a new PB for Julie, beating her previous best set in 2010 which is also the current FV35 club record.
