The Dashers kicked off what promises to be a successful year with team success across a variety of Categories in the Berkshire Cross Country Championships at Braywick on Saturday.
Dave Lee produced a superb performance coming home in 2nd in the Male Masters Category and with Rob Foster, James Samson and Rob McHarg all coming inside the Top 10 they were able to secure 1st Place in the Team Event.
The Female Masters team consisting of Emma Twomey, Heather Martin-Dye, Cat Foster and Jana Samson secured 2nd Place in their Category. There was also success for the Senior Womens team made up of Jill Collett, Steph Muzzall, Clara Dawson and Sarah Hurcomb, who came home in 3rd Place in their Category.
Congratulations to both Dave Lee and Jill Collett whose individual performances have earnt them the opportunity to represent Berkshire.
