The course is largely flat with a few minor undulations and is suitable for beginners and experienced runners. Please stick to the designated trails at all times. Click here for a map of the course.
TIMING:
The race is not chip timed. All times will be given as gun to tape. Please don't get ahead of anyone in the finish funnels. This is very important for accurate timing and placing. If someone gets in front of you, politely ask them to go back, they may not only get your hard earned place and time, but they may also mess the whole results up!

The course is unsuitable for wheelchairs and buggies. If you drop out during the race, please report to a marshal. There are deer and other animals in the park, should you encounter any wildlife please do not approach it.
RACE DISCIPLINE:
If you need to stop or walk for any reason, please move to the side of the path, so as not to impede other runners. Instructions issued by the Race Marshals, who will be wearing fluorescent yellow bibs, MUST be obeyed at all times. They will advise you of any hazards. Any runner not complying with these rules is liable to be disqualified. The Race Referee's decision is final at all times. This advice is for your own safety and that of other runners.
