Bramley 20/10 - 20th February 2011

Tony Curtin had an excellent run at Bramley this morning. Running the 10 mile race, Tony finishing in 36th place, winning the MV60 category, and setting a new MV60 club record of 1:06:07. And excellent age grading of 83.9% as well.

Meantime, some excellent performances in the 20 mile race as well. Looks like a near 5 minute PB for Brent.

Bedford Harriers Oakley 20 - 5 April 2009

Bedford 20 - A great pre marathon training run, for us Edinburgh, for most London. 2 loops of 12 and 8 miles through lovely countryside. Described as an ‘undulating’ route which was about right considering there wasn’t a single flat bit! Very enjoyable and a good confidence boost. Line to line finishing time 2.40.48.
