Final Ladies Championship results September 2010
Well done to Lucy Buckby at the Virginia Water Paddle race, where she came in first of the ladies and stormed through to grasp the title of Ladies Club Champion for 2010!!! Lucy is on top form and swept across the board by achieving a 100 point score in all of her 8 races in this years Club Championship. With a score of 692 across her 7 races, Michelle Hopkins wasn’t too far behind by running the minimum number of races to qualify and achieved 100 points against 3 of her best races. Great running Michelle! And…after battling it out for 3rd place, I’m delighted to say that Pam and Rosie have ended up with an equal top score across the best of their 7 races - a total of 670 each. Both ran their socks off throughout the championship, in their own mini battle that has resulted in a very well earned joint 3rd place…, phew, no scrapping necessary on this occasion!! 
The only other lady to complete the minimum 7 out of 12 races on offer, and therefore taking 4th place, is Bella Shah! Bella has kept her head down and worked really hard throughout all of her races and truly deserves her place at the top of the board this year - great performance Bella!
