London Triathlon (Olympic distance) 08/08/10
On a perfect day for it I finished the London Triathlon yesterday. For my first Olympic distance tri I’m happy with finish time, but sadly a painful and unshakable stitch 1K into the run slowed my run down to a jog and prevented me from going sub 2:30. We’ll see if I can make it at Dorney later this month.

Thats a good time for your first Olympic distance tri. You won’t have the long run from the swim to the bike at Dorney, so can save a few seconds there.
