Chris Hunt completed the Hastings Half Marathon in a time of 1:31:20, finishing in 216th position.

Three Dashers braved braved the North Downs forest trails, hills and mud for the Bolt Round the Holt 10km and Half Marathon.

Steve Coleshill ran the Fleet Half Marathon, finishing in 1:40:57.

Good conditions this morning resulted in some excellent times. The top 4 all recorded PBs, as did Claudia McKenzie – let us know if you got one too.

Just the one Dasher this week - Billy Bhamra finished 108th in a time of 35:29, and currently lies 2nd in the Black Park points table.

Tom and Elaine ran the inaugural Kilomathon event - that’s 26.2 kilometres (or 16.3 miles), in this case between Nottingham and Derby. Elaine finished in 518th position in 2:05:17 with Tom just a place and 1 second behind. Was he being polite or was he outsprinted?

Silverstone was rather windswept on Sunday, but Emma Harrisson completed her first half marathon in 2:39:45. Well done Emma

Andrew Ogierman made the trip over to Malta for the half marathon only to discover a heatwave that had even the locals complaining about the heat. Andrew completed the race in 709th position in a time of 2:10:52.

Big 6 minute PB for Mel, and I suspect a similar PB for Bella as well – congratulations

Simon set out on the streets of Barcelona in perfect conditions on a flat course and managed a 5:30 negative split to record 3:06:03.
He was well supported by Kathryn & James Street who covered more miles on their bikes and got to enjoy a Latte on the way round.
