    ladies vet categories are 35, 45, 55, 65, 75, whilst the men are 40, 50, 60, 70, so you get to stay 35 for a few more years yet :)

    great running folks; congrats to the Hopkins’, Scott, and Lucy for the results on the day. I would have loved to have been there but was feeling a little bit tired at the time - Luke was born at 3am on Sunday morning! See you all at training next week…..
